Ivanka Trump’s 5-exercise routine for a toned physique at 42 revealed

Ivanka Trump's "luxury personal trainer" has revealed insights into the fitness routine of the former first daughter. Sandy Brockman, a trainer from Texas, disclosed that the 42-year-old engages in weightlifting four times a week, with an occasional yoga session.

 "Ivanka is amazing because she's truly embracing her journey in strength training, which is incredibly empowering," Brockman, aged 52, stated to the Daily Mail

In her workout sessions, Trump consistently performs the same five exercises, adjusting the weights to align with her current fitness objectives.

"The exercises are consistent: deadlifts, back squats, hinges, presses, and pull-ups," Brockman disclosed. 

While acknowledging the variance in individual strength levels, she advised aiming to lift one's own bodyweight. Brockman's baseline strength targets for her clients are five strict push-ups, two strict pull-ups, a barbell back squat equal to their bodyweight, a barbell deadlift equal to their bodyweight, and a 45-pound barbell overhead press.

While many women tend to focus solely on cardiovascular exercises, Brockman suggests they should also consider trying out weight training.

“Women need strength training so bad, and it feels good for women to do endurance,” she told the outlet. “It feels good for us to run. But sitting down and doing hard strength will actually help women become stronger.”

Trump's strength training sessions usually span an hour. However, according to Brockman, the choices his renowned client makes beyond the gym are equally crucial for muscle development and maintaining leanness.

“I don’t want women starving,” she explained. “I want them to keep that constant flow of protein going through their bodies.”

The personal trainer advises her elite clients to consume 20 grams of protein every two to three hours.

Last month Donald Trump's daughter offered her followers a peek into her exercise regimen. Dressed in a sleek all-gray workout ensemble, she demonstrated her flawless squat technique, hoisting 15 pounds on each side. 

"Beautiful Back Squats Today," Brockman captioned the video, which was then reshared by Ivanka with the enthusiastic comment, "Heck yes! Let's Go!"
