'Breakfast is usually porridge, and during the morning I'll have an immunity-boosting smoothie,' began the blonde bombshell.
She then said: 'I'll normally have a chicken salad for lunch, and for dinner I'll tuck into a tuna steak with sweet potato.'
Sweet potatoes are considered one of the best carbs to consume when on a diet.
The Birds Of Prey actress also said she is 'obsessed' with drinking tea.
Speaking about her morning routine, she shared: 'Throughout the day, I'll sip on tea – I've been obsessed with it ever since I lived in the UK.'
But there are times when the wife of producer Tom Ackerley, 31, splurges on burgers and Mexican food.
Margot now lives in the US and has admitted to being a huge fan of beef burgers and beer.
However, when she lived in London, the actress was obsessed with a Mexican restaurant.
